Still Human?
From $65.00
Tunis Village, Fayoum, Egypt · 2026
The photograph felt warm before I had a word for it. It looked less like holding an object and more like protecting something.
Maybe that is what I am learning to do with my own feelings too. Not to fix them. Not to push them away. Just hold them long enough to let them know they are contained.
It also reminds me of my thirties. Not too old, but old enough to actually understand why I behave the way I do. With people. With myself. What do I really need? Is it okay to need what I need? What is it, anyway?
Some warmth.
A lot of warmth.
