Where will my print be produced?
Depending on your location, your print may be produced in the UK, US, Europe or Australia through our specialist fine-art production network. Orders are routed to an appropriate production facility according to the print and delivery destination, helping reduce unnecessary shipping distances and delivery times.
How long will my order take?
Every Humantique print is produced after your order is placed. Production typically takes around 3 business days, followed by shipping. The delivery estimate shown at checkout takes the expected production and shipping time into account as closely as possible. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees.
What shipping options are available?
Available delivery methods and prices vary by destination. Only the options available for your order are shown at checkout, allowing you to choose according to timing and cost.
How much does shipping cost?
Rates depend on your destination, print size and available method. Your final shipping cost is shown at checkout before payment.
What happens if I order more than one print?
Where possible, prints travelling from the same production facility are consolidated. Products fulfilled from different facilities may ship separately. The final delivery charge is shown at checkout.
Can I change my delivery address?
Contact us as soon as possible. We will try to update it before production or dispatch, but changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfilment has begun.
Do you deliver to P.O. Boxes?
P.O. Box delivery may be possible for some destinations and services, but couriers such as FedEx, UPS and DPD generally cannot deliver to them. A residential or business street address is recommended.
My order is delayed. What should I do?
Customs, address errors, failed delivery attempts, postal disruption or severe weather can cause delays. If the expected window has passed, contact us and we will investigate.
What if my order never arrives?
If your order has not arrived within 14 days of placing it, contact us. Where a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will arrange an appropriate replacement. A free replacement may not be possible when an incorrect or incomplete address was supplied.
Customs, duties and local taxes
International shipments may be subject to local taxes, customs duties or import charges. Where these are not collected at checkout, they may be payable locally by the recipient.
